Tuition

Each teacher at Master’s Hand Longmont is an independent contractor, therefore we do not have a central payroll system. We ask that you pay each teacher directly on the first week of every month from September through April. You do not need to pay May’s tuition to account for holiday time off.

Every teacher accepts payment via cash and checks, and most will take digital payments such as Zelle and Venmo. If you would prefer to pay by cash, please put the cash in an envelope with a note inside that includes your child’s name and the class(es) which you are paying for.

Payments can be made in the lobby near the sign-in sheet in the blue-topped plastic file box. Simply find your teacher’s name and slip the payment into their file. Please ask each of your teachers how they would prefer their payments or see their course descriptions. As an option, some parents choose to pay by the quarter, by the semester, or by the year to save time by writing checks each month.

On the first month of classes, we ask that you pay the first month’s tuition PLUS the materials fees.
Materials fees are a one-time payment and are used to pay for the class’s necessary supplies. Examples of these supplies may be photocopies, curriculum, or items needed for labs. The teacher uses these extra fees at their discretion and expressly for that particular class’s use.

All preschool, elementary and middle school (3–12-year-old classes) are $30.00/month plus materials fees and all high school (13-18-year-old classes) are $35.00/month plus materials fees unless otherwise noted in the course description. We want to make sure all classes are affordable for everyone who wants to attend. Should you have questions about classes and their fees, please do not hesitate to see a director or talk to the teacher directly.

Tuition Reimbursement
If a student is withdrawn from a class prior to the end of a month, there will be no tuition reimbursement for that month. If your child does not attend class for an entire month but you want his/her class slot held for future attendance, you must pay tuition for every month. Tuition is not prorated due to student illness, vacation, or family outings.
