Registration Information

To register:

1. For a Registration Form and Handbook please email: [email protected]
2. Read the Master’s Hand Handbook and communicate the content with your children.  Sign the corresponding line on the registration form acknowledging that you and your student/students understand and agree with the handbook.
3. E-mail the registration form to [email protected], or mail your registration form and a non-refundable registration fee of $95.00 per family to Carrie Matthews 4431 Maxwell Avenue, Longmont, CO 80503. Please no pictures of registration forms. 
4. Pay your registration fee by Venmo by clicking on the ‘Pay with Venmo’ button and submit $95.00 to Carrie-Matthews-21. From there, Carrie will get the money to the Master’s Hand Longmont bank account. If you prefer to mail the check, please submit it with the registration information.

Classes fill quickly, so we recommend you sign up soon!

Drop/add fee:
There will be no fees for changes to your family’s schedule until August 1st. After August 1st there is a drop/add fee of $15 per family, per transaction. A transaction means any changes in one 24-hour day. You may make changes to your family’s schedule (meaning multiple children) by communicating with our registration director, Carrie Matthews, and the fee is $15. If a week later (or any other day), you want to make any other changes, that will be an additional $15. Please consider carefully what classes are best for your family so that you are not holding a spot for someone who would like to be in a class you are still mulling over. Please make the changes you need before August 1. This is also to help teachers plan wisely for ordering materials for the correct number of kids.

New Families

2. Complete the application and send via email to [email protected]
3. A director will contact you to set up an interview time.
